Biodiversity is the variety of all living things; the different plants, animals and micro organisms, the genetic information they contain and the ecosystems they form. Biodiversity is usually explored at three levels – genetic diversity, species diversity and ecosystem diversity. These three levels work together to create the complexity of life on Earth.group is linked to the International Year of Biodiversity 2010 website, a joint venture between the Australian Museum and the Council of Australasian Museum Directors (CAMD). Bio-diverse-city: the Treeline Project 2010
The 2010 Bio-diverse-city exhibition will feature this year in the Sunshine Coast Regional Council's Treeline Project – a series of environmental art events being staged between January and July 2010.
